Firetower Road, Mandeville, LA 70471

2 acre private getaway in Mandeville. Property has a creek running through the back of it making it an amazing place to build a home and enjoy the outdoors on hot summer days. Best part is that the front section of the lot is high ground on land that does Not require flood insurance (zones, C&B). Very convenient location that feels like you are out in Folsom but convenient to get around town. All Mandeville schools. Building requirements: 50' set back from street required and no development can take place within 50' of top of creek bank. Homes must be built 1' above BFE or 2' above crown of the street, whichever is higher. Check it out!
