The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, and all the essentials for home-cooked meals. Enjoy the outdoor oasis with a heated saltwater pool, BBQ grill, fire pit, and a screened-in patio for year-round enjoyment. Indoor smoking and the use of fireworks are prohibited, with a designated smoking area outdoors, 15 ft away from the property. Smoking violations or the presence of smoke smell may incur a minimum $250 remediation fee. Check-in begins at 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Late check-outs past 10 AM incur a fee up to $100. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property, and illegal drug use results in immediate eviction without a refund. Disabling or removing security devices or any technology results in a fee or removal from the home without a refund. The pool has no lifeguard on duty, so swim at your own risk. Children under the age of 13 must be attended at all times by an adult or responsible party. Food, drinks, glass, and pets are prohibited from entering the pool. The use of any chemicals by guests is strictly prohibited. Do not use the pool when lightning is present, and do not run or smoke around the pool. Do not dive or urinate in the pool.
