1. The people in Vancouver really live on the edge. Get it? The edge?

2. Okay, in reality they're pretty responsible. Most of them get jobs pretty early.

3. And almost every adult has been to college.

4. Most jobs here don't involve too much commute time.

5. And there are options for sharing vehicles to get to work.

6. Which is a good thing, since the Walk Score could be a lot better.

7. And the people clearly aren't biking either.

8. You'd think they'd want to save money on gas with the salaries they get.

9. And the crazy rental prices.

10. Not to mention the overly complicated parking limits downtown.

11. Although it looks like ditching the smart phones isn't really an option.

12. Maybe all of this is why crime is so high.

13. And why people from outside the country don't exactly get in line to come here.

14. But it's still popular with Americans, especially from California and Oregon.

(Blue lines are migration into Clark County, red lines are migration out)

15. Must be all those parks. Hey, you can have a good time for free there.

16. Plus with all these grocery stores, it's easy to find good deals.

17. And the gas prices here aren't too shabby.

18. And you shouldn't have trouble finding a date in Vancouver, with the genders split almost evenly.

19. With the great cell coverage there's no excuse for not calling back, even if the date doesn't go well.

20. But if that's the case, don't worry: Almost a third of the population is single!
