Carrie Underwood is being honest. When she was growing up, like a lot of other teenagers do, she wanted to leave her hometown. But in this heartfelt interview, she reveals how blessed she feels to be able to call Oklahoma her home.
It takes maturity to realize you’re lucky to have the hometown (and home state!) you do. And, now that she’s all grown up, Carrie Underwood is a proud Oklahoma girl.
And she’s making Oklahoma proud too!
