In fact, this is one of the most walkable areas of the city, making it an attractive option for those who want to live without the responsibility and stress of owning and driving a car. There are plenty of pedestrian paths that make getting around on foot or by bike convenient. In addition to having grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, parks, schools and more within easy walking distance, such as the Shops of Grand Avenue with its variety of the stores and the Metro Market, a popular local grocery store, the area boasts a good public bus system that can help you get to other areas of the city for work or for entertainment. However, there are plenty of entertainment options right in Juneau Town.

Lower East Side

Kilbourn Town
