It’s no secret that dealing with the weather and cold in Buffalo can be a challenge, but these people don’t let anything bother them as they excitedly dance along to Pharrell Williams’ “Happy.”
The energetic video takes us all around the city, from Ralph Wilson Stadium to the University of Buffalo to just down the road from First Niagara Center to, yes, that’s the New York State Supreme Court. I especially love the cute couple at 1:18.
