As a Colorado native who’s been transplanted elsewhere many years, I know firsthand what it’s like to feel the irresistible pull of the Centennial State no matter how long you spend away from it. This video of Boulder captures exactly the spirit of Colorado that is just so captivating.
The two-person photography team of Balcony Nine Media created this gorgeous three-minute glimpse of the everyday extraordinary that’s going on in Boulder. It was used as an opener to inspire the community during a TEDx event that took place at CU.
I love all of the breathtaking landscape views (all Coloradans know it doesn’t get any better than 2:53). But my favorite moment is at 2:11, because it’s the people who live in Boulder that make it truly incredible.
