There are quite a few centrally located communities near some of the top shopping centers so you can walk or ride your bike to almost all that you need to do. Plus, there’s a bus system, so you can always rely on public transportation to access some of the other parts of the city (or county) you may need to get to from time to time.

Admirals Walk

When you choose to live in Admirals Walk, you’re not only choosing to live in a high rise with premium amenities, you’re also choosing to live right on the beach. Breathtaking views can be found from the balconies. There’s also HOA fees that give you access to a wide array of perks, such as a gym, pool, and more. These can keep you active without having to leave your building. Within less than a mile, you’re on Ocean Boulevard, which is also known as A1A. The benefit to being this close to such a main road is that you can easily access so much. You may want to check out some of the different beach clubs and marinas, sit on the warm Atlantic beaches, or participate in any of the different water-sports found along the beach. Tourism is a top industry in Boca Raton and you may be able to find an employer on the beach so you can walk from home. The Simon Mall is a top employer in the area and it’s just over half a mile away from the homes within Santa Barbara, offering a lot of convenience when it comes to shopping. It’s possible to walk or bike ride to the mall. Several elementary, middle, and high schools are found throughout the area – and are just minutes away by car. They are all serviced by the school district, making it easy for grade school students to get to and from school easily enough.
