Double Camper-ready getaway in Sugar Springs. This property includes the camper in the photos, two lots, each with a complete camper hook-up of water, sewer, and electric. One site has a 30-amp connection and the other has 50-amp, so you can host family and friends or bring two rigs. A nice composite deck with a picnic table is already in place for outdoor meals and evenings. A fire pit and wooden swing sit in a mowed clearing surrounded by mature pines. The property is at the end of a cul-de-sac, and two sides border the outside edge of Sugar Springs, so it feels very private. Lake Lancer and Lancelot are close, with beautiful parks, lake views, and boat launches nearby. Use it as a seasonal retreat, a weekend basecamp, or a spot to build your future Northern Michigan getaway. Lots are available without the camper for a lower price.
