My address is 872 W 9th ST Fremont NE. I was built in 1912, I am made out of concrete block, I am sturdy and have stood the test of time. I sit on the corner of Somers ST and 9th in Fremont NE. The other houses in the neighborhood say I like a barn house, but I am a turn of the Century home, very spacious and am ready to be recreated into a new masterpiece. I just need someone who is up for the job, ready to roll up their sleeves, use a little elbow grease and get creative! Let me tell you what I have to offer. I have 4 bedrooms on the second floor, some of my favorite qualities are my high ceilings, Transend windows above the bedroom doors, tall solid wood baseboards throughout the home and of course my solid wood floors. I have my original doors and most of the hardware is from when I was built.
