What a little jewel this place is! Here is a well maintained two story three bedroom frame home that is in top shape. All the work has been done by the sellers who have lived here for decades. The main floor consists of the dining room, living room, kitchen, and four seasons room. All three bedrooms are upstairs. The computer desk in the rear bedroom is permanent and stays. The roof, thermal windows, and air conditioning are recent replacements. The old charm just exudes from this home, with quarter sawn oak floors and plaster walls. A spacious four season room was added in '97 with sliders to the rear deck-- perfect for grilling or relaxing. The basement can be reached from inside the home or from a exterior storm cellar door. The furnace, water softener, and water heater all date from 2010. The landscaping is so well done with a cherry tree, red bud tree, tulips, grasses, and assorted perennials. The detached two stall garage provides ample storage.
