Dues are used to maintain the road through the center of the properties, and the water line from the spring (water rights owned by our HOA) is about 3 miles from our subdivision located on National Forrest land. Spring water enters a 2,500 cistern at the top or the sub division. We also have a 550 gallon water tank, in a small shed located on our property, and a smaller water tank in the cabin loft.
