This home will outlast many as the exterior is cedar that is freshly painted with beautiful handpicked stone accents. Walking in the front door into the 2 story foyer, the accent stone from the exterior is carried inside and is the floor of the impressive foyer. From the right of the foyer is the Den, Kitchen, Formal Dining Room, a bath and large utility room. In the den there is a stone fireplace & a wall of solid wood custom built-ins, ceramic tile floor, so easy to maintain! The den also has sliding glass doors that go out on to the huge patio, awesome for barbeques and gatherings! Oh the kitchen, one of my favorite parts of this amazing home! It has an incredible amount of counter space. Have you seen those cooking shows were the chef is cooking and the guests' sit at the counter, watching and chatting about the food? Well, this is the perfect kitchen for that! It feels so comfortable! There is an oversized Kitchen Aid glass cooktop with the several heating options all with a downdraft vent. Above the cooktop, slide the cabinet door to pick your spices. To the right is the built-in stainless steel microwave and wall oven. The kitchen has lots of storage for your gadgets and some of the cabinets have pull out shelves. Open any of the cabinets and you will see the craftsmanship that went into making them, it would cost a small fortune to recreate them! The corner sink is perfect, beautiful views from the large bronzed windows, splashing beams of sunlight into the room! After the party winds down retreat to the master suite, suite is not the word, it is really a 1st floor oasis! An oversized room with a soaring ceiling. Check out the pictures!
