Now THIS is a camp, a getaway, a hearkening back to when people camped, weren't fancy, played cards, went swimming all day, hung around outside, caught fireflies, fished, cooked smores, slept whereever... a bed or couch...then up early the next morning have big breakfast then walk down your yard with no cliff to your own Boat Dock. Easy access to the lake. FAMILY FUN IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN FANCY. You can always make changes later but boat docks are hard to come by. Boat ramp just down the hill on the lake I know you can walk down to the water without a cliff. Plus there is a ramp right down the street. DOUBLE LOT. NEW SEPTIC SYSTEM. It's 2 bedrooms but there is plenty of room for others to sleep plus a loft for the kids that will think it's cool. It even has a wagon wheel chandelier!!! When I was shooting the pictures I just wanted to stay.
