This position will be designing for the company\u2019s blog, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.movoto.com\/blog\">www.movoto.com\/blog<\/a>.<br \/>\n<strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with Product Management team to design the look and feel of web content<\/li>\n<li>Work with Product Management team in defining and refining the user experience throughout the sites to achieve company goals.<\/li>\n<li>Create user interfaces that work elegantly and intuitively.<\/li>\n<li>Design marketing and promotional material such as newsletters, letterheads<\/li>\n<li>Create visual assets such as icons, banners, logos<\/li>\n<li>Turn wireframe mockups into attractive, usable designs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements: \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in web graphics \/ usability design \/ user experience design<\/li>\n<li>Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator or similar<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of modern website design principles<\/li>\n<li>Experience in improving website user experience<\/li>\n<li>At least 2-3 years experience designing visual web content<\/li>\n<li>Strong visual design sense<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good understanding of HTML, CSS, Flash<\/li>\n<li>Experience working on large scale, search-driven websites, preferably with over one million unique visitors \/ month<\/li>\n<li>Education: Formal design training, BA\/BS degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Visual Communications or equivalent work experience<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to handle multiple projects with a high attention to detail in a timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding and well-organized written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>$15 \/ hr<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nWe are requiring all applicants to submit a design sample.
