Who did the renovations\u2014a licensed contractor?<\/li>\n<li>How many offers have come in?<\/li>\n<li>How flexible is the price? Will the seller cover closing costs?<\/li>\n<li>Have they already had an inspection done? Are any disclosures currently available?<\/li>\n<li>What, exactly, comes with the property? (Don\u2019t assume the gazebo in the back is included.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>While it\u2019s fine to ask general questions about the neighborhood and neighbors, try to be specific.
