When deciding what to sell, some things are easier to part with than others. But the general rule of thumb is that if you haven\u2019t used it or worn it in a year, you probably never will. In that case, sell it and lighten your load.<\/p>\n

Before you start lugging everything out to sell, make sure you check with your township, Home Owner\u2019s Association, and authorities on any local codes and regulations that you need to follow.
