In March of 2016, he signed a contract with the Cleveland Browns and shortly afterward put his Leesburg, Virginia home on the market. The 9,000-square foot house can be yours for just $2.75 million. With four bedrooms, four full baths, and two half-baths, this pretty, farmhouse-style abode is modest by superstar standards \u2013 at least on the outside. The downstairs boasts a theater room, bar, and wine cellar, serviced by an elevator. There\u2019s also a library and three fireplaces, as well as a monstrous closet in the master suite. The three-acre lot, complete with heated pool, is located in a gated, golf-club community.<\/p>\n<p><b>Richard Sherman<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Sherman is a cornerback for the Seattle Seahawks. In 2014, he purchased the home of Jamal Crawford, guard for the LA Clippers, for just over $2.3 million. Located just outside of Seattle in the Maple Valley community, the 9,500-square foot home features no shortage of luxury amenities. It sits on an immaculately landscaped five-acre lot with a mini-pool (don\u2019t worry, there\u2019s a bigger pool indoors). The home has two full kitchens and a spacious game room, and each bedroom has a private deck. That indoor pool we mentioned? It comes with its own palm trees and a projector screen.<\/p>\n<p><b>Marshawn Lynch<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Known to fans as \u201cBeast Mode,\u201d Lynch was a running back for the Buffalo Bills and the Seattle Seahawks. He retired from the latter in February of 2016. Lynch\u2019s behemoth, modernist mansion, purchased for $3.3 million, sits on the San Francisco Bay and boasts its own 58-foot boat dock. In addition to an unparalleled waterfront view, the home features five bedrooms and five baths in 7,000 square feet, with plenty of huge windows to take in the scenery.<\/p>\n<p><b>Brandon Marshall<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Marshall, wide receiver for the New York Jets, put his Miami abode up for sale in July of 2015. He reportedly paid just over $4 million for the house, which is now listed at $4.5 million. The nearly 12,000- square foot estate has been equated with a private resort, and with good reason. Its outdoor living amenities include a kitchen, pavilion, and palm-tree studded pool area. The home boasts a theater, library, and pool, plus an elevator connecting its three floors.<\/p>\n<p><b>Tony Romo<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Romo is quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys, and his sprawling estate is classic Texas \u2013 everything is big. He purchased the land for $3 million, then had the house custom-built to the tune of $6 million. This American castle boasts an insane 32,000 square feet of living space. Outdoors, there\u2019s the requisite pool, plus a spa and entertaining pavilion.<\/p>\n<p><b>Tom Brady<\/b><\/p>\n<p>New England Patriots quarterback Brady and his supermodel wife Gisele spent $20 million custom-building a 22,000-square foot villa in Brentwood, California, only to sell it to Dr. Dre for $40 million and move to the Boston area. His next-door neighbor? Robert Craft, owner of the Patriots. The new digs, on a 5-acre lot, feature five bedrooms and four baths. Luxury touches include a wine cellar, spa, and yoga studio.<\/p>\n<p><b>Peyton Manning<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Former Indianapolis Colts and Denver Broncos quarterback Manning bought an 11,000-square foot Georgian in Denver in 2012. The $4.6 million estate has seven bedrooms and nine baths. It also boasts a gourmet kitchen, heated floors, and a gun room. Even the dogs are living the high life: there\u2019s a \u201cdog room\u201d with a heated kennel that accesses the outdoors.
