When I said the barbecue was serious business, I meant it literally. It\u2019s even been the subject of political arguments and bills which resulted in two different cuts of meat and sauces being used to create North Carolina\u2019s famous Lexington<\/a> style barbecue and Eastern style barbecue. You don\u2019t need to be told to pick your favorite, your taste buds will do that for you.<\/p>\n
