Thousands of years from now, when aliens discover the archaeological remnants of humanity, I hope that they somehow find this San Diego time lapse. The city lights left me just as dazzled as the stars shooting across the desert sky.
\nIt blows my mind that this incredible and diverse landscape is all in one county. Every second gripped me, and at the end I felt sure that San Diego is one of the most beautiful places in the country.
\nThe image that stays with me is at 3:42, with the bright yellow flowers contrasting the gray clouds, and the lonely tree watching over all the splendor.<\/p>\n
