North Dakota comes in at number 48 on the list of most populous states with about 730,000 people spread out over 70,000 miles, and while Fargo is its biggest city it\u2019s still a far cry from NYC or Chicago.<br \/>\nAnd that\u2019s part of what makes it and its residents so unique. While most cities are complaining about frigid temperatures, the people in Fargo embrace it and have a blast. He put huge scrap metal sculptures up every few miles and it\u2019s become one of the most interesting sights in North Dakota.
