The 4 lists are<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Top 250 based on the number of individual transaction sides<\/li>\n<li>Top 250 based on individual transaction volume<\/li>\n<li>Top 250 based on the number of transaction sides for a team<\/li>\n<li>Top 250 based on transaction volume for a team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For some clarification, there are two \u201csides\u201d to every transaction, a buyer\u2019s side and a seller\u2019s side. Therefore, it is possible for one agent or team to have two \u201csides\u201d on one deal. A team referrers to \u201ctwo or more licensed sales associates\u2026 who combine sales for awards or commission sharing in any fashion\u201d. Individuals do not share commission or awards with anyone else. Lastly, individuals or teams had to pay a $25 submission fee to be considered for the top 1000.<br \/>\nMy personal favorite is to look at the top individuals in terms of volume. These are the real top producers who bring in an exorbitant amount of cash.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/movotoblog\/2011\/09\/Top-10.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1717\" title=\"Top 10\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/movotoblog\/2011\/09\/Top-10.png\" alt=\"Real Estate Top 10 By Volume\" width=\"840\" height=\"460\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nYou can see the theme there as 5 of the top 10 agents are from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.movoto.com\/real-estate\/homes-for-sale\/new-york.html\">New York<\/a> and 4 of the top 10 are from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.movoto.com\/real-estate\/homes-for-sale\/san-francisco-bay-area.html\">California<\/a>. Coming in at number 8 was an agent from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.movoto.com\/real-estate\/homes-for-sale\/colorado.html\">Colorado<\/a>.<br \/>\nThos numbers are mind boggling. John Burger did a larger amount of volume in real estate transactions than the <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/List_of_countries_by_GDP_%28nominal%29\">Marshall Islands\u2019 GDP<\/a>. At a 2.5% commission clip, that would be about $7,000,000.
