These sellers were asked whether they enlisted a Realtor to help sell their homes, as well as whether they managed to sell and whether they would use a Realtor again.<\/p>\n<p>The results provide a strong argument in favor of using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.movoto.com\/findagent.aspx\">expert local real estate agents<\/a> to buy or sell your home. The closing rate for those who used a Realtor for 50% higher than the closing rate for those who went down the FSBO road, and 88% of those who sold with a Realtor said that they would use a Realtor again.<br \/>\nAll told, almost two-thirds of sellers who used a Realtor successfully sold their home. That may not sound like a lot, but in this market &#8211; which heavily favors buyers and has for quite some time &#8211; it&#8217;s definitely impressive.
