If this video from the Katsucon convention that ran this past February near Washington, D.C. is any indication, it’s a hotbed of incredible cosplay creations.
The outfits are elaborate, and range from video games to comics and everything pop culture in between. I couldn’t take my eyes off Harley Quinn (at 0:46), who took my breath away and scared the heck out of me at the same time. Which one is your favorite…like you could narrow it down to just one?
