- Electrical
- Visible plumbing
- Central heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system
- Interior of home
What does an inspector not look for?
A specialist is required to inspect for the following:
- Asbestos
- Radon gas
- Lead paint
- Toxic mold
- Pests
