As far as getting space and perks for your $200,000, this is really your best option. With 4,713 square feet, and five bedrooms, you’ll have lots of room to breathe in this lovely ranch-style home.
If you’re worried about those cold Janesville winters, fear not, because this place has heated tile floors throughout the main living area and basement. Top that all off with a separate one bedroom mother-in-law-apartment on this half acre lot, and this deal is looking sweeter by the second.
