The area is much more than just the convenience of walking to the grocery store, or the neighborhood eateries. The Houston Museum District contains more than 15 different museums and galleries. Other attractions include the Children’s Museum of Houston and the Houston Zoo. Grocery stores, entertainment venues, movies houses, independent retailers and mainstream are found in the West Gray / River Oaks shopping areas.

Binz is located inside the 610 Loop and in central Houston, just on the border of 59 the Southwest Freeway and 288. The area is among the most walkable neighborhoods in Houston, and features a number of amenities that make for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of a busy avenue. Residents enjoy restaurants, with many open 24 hours a day, several museums, and the Houston Zoo, Hermann Park and MacGregor Park, which offers golfing, exercise, and the great outdoors.
