I don’t know what’s crazier: that Seattle has a pie jousting competition, or that it’s been happening every April for the past 14 years. Whatever the case, there’s no denying it looks amazingly fun.
“There is only one rule. No ducking!” Seems fair enough. The next time I’m in Seattle on April Fool’s Day (how appropriate), I’ll be sure to stop by Sully’s Snowgoose Saloon in Phinney Ridge and take my chances with banana cream.
