Santa Monica is regularly packed with residents and tourists, all competing for space. This time-lapse portrays it at an even crazier pace—but also perfectly captures the area’s pretty scenery, bright colors, and quirky personality.
The video will show you animated segments throughout the city. My favorite sections are of the wild graffiti wall (0:33) and a nighttime look at the glowing city lights to the east (0:44).
But you should just watch the video, because if a picture is worth a thousand words, a video must be worth about a zillion. What would you film if you were recording Santa Monica?
