I love deep-fried, artery-clogging county fair food, and I am not ashamed. And there’s nothing that brings out creativity like the question, “But what would it be like deep fried?”
This San Diego county fair all-star and innovator Chicken Charlie’s knows what I am talking about. He is seriously pushing the envelope here, and for that I am grateful. And hungry. I want exactly all of that food in my mouth right now. Please.
