New Feature Alert – A Home’s Price History

We introduced a new feature over the week called Price History. It can be found on a home’s page in select states (AZ, FL, GA, IL, NY, TN, and TX). It allows you to see the history of a property during its time on the MLS.

I love using the price history to find properties with price reductions. Priced reduced homes can be a sign of a good deal, and we hope that adding the price history makes it easier to find value during your home search.
For everyone who is house hunting in a state other than the 7 mentioned above, take a deep breath. We are going to be rolling out the price history to everyone over the next couple of weeks.
