The desert around Los Angeles is magical, and in my opinion it doesn’t get enough credit for being a truly beautiful place. This time lapse fixes that, and you really have to see it to believe it.
My favorite part was at 2:55, when the city skyline breaks out from behind the dark clouds. It really ties together the lonely-night feel of the desert with the more familiar, yet still eerie, cityscape of Los Angeles.
