The United States is full of people with talent. From athletics to business, we consistently claim top rankings when compared to the rest of the world. But where, specifically, does all of this talent come from? Better yet, where do the absolute best of the best, or “greatest” talent, originate?
To find out, we identified the top 100 U.S. athletes, actors, musicians, businessmen, and inventors, in addition to every United States president and astronaut. We then looked at where these “greats” were born and which states have produced the most.
