Every big city has its own interesting history and cool secrets. Watching this video and learning more about the Queen City’s subterranean network of passages and rooms reveals that Cincinnati’s history and secrets put it in a class by itself.
The part about the the early 20th Century brewers taking advantage of the free underground cooling makes sense, but the story about the area’s first Catholic church, the cemetery, and the crypt under the altar is astonishing…and a little spooky.
