Everything BBQ at Phat Jack’s is top-notch, but without a doubt make sure you get an order of their burnt ends served on Texas toast. The burnt ends are quite simply amazing: A heavenly mixture of crispy, meaty, salty, smoky flavor. Call ahead and reserve yours, because they run out by lunch time every single day.
Their sides are ridiculous, too. The potato salad is creamy and tangy, the baked beans have huge pieces of bacon and the cornbread is sprinkled with fairy dust (another word for sugar).
