With the annual How Weird Street Faire, of course!
The street fair and this awesome video that perfectly captures it combines all the freaky things San Franciscans love: shutting down streets for drunk debauchery, ethno-techno-WTF music and old men who naturally dress stranger than the festival girls who took a week to shop for their outfits.
