This well-kept two-bedroom camp comfortably sleeps up to six and offers everything needed for memorable times in a peaceful natural setting. A private dock and storage shed add convenience, while expansive lake views set the perfect backdrop for relaxation. Meddybemps Lake is known for excellent fishing, including bass, white perch, and salmon. Wildlife sightings are part of daily life here--hummingbirds, bald eagles, partridge, whitetail deer, and even the occasional moose. Nearby Grand Lake Stream provides renowned trout waters for fly-fishing enthusiasts, and the surrounding lakes offer endless opportunities for boating, swimming, and exploring. This location also places you within an hour of notable attractions such as Roosevelt Cottage on Campobello Island, historic Machias, and the coastal charm of Eastport. Summer brings a full calendar of local festivals, including Margaretta Days, the Blueberry Festival, and the Pirate Festival. Eastport's Fourth of July celebration--complete with parade, fireworks, and often a visiting U.S. Naval ship--is a regional favorite. The Canadian border is just 15 minutes away, adding even more adventure to your doorstep. This camp offers the quintessential Maine experience: natural beauty, outdoor recreation, and a welcoming place to gather.
