Owen and JoAnn Hughes are professional Realtors affiliated with the Collierville Branch of Crye-Leike Realtors, the #1 real estate company in the Mid-South. Their consistent and successful sales earned them the privilege of being lifetime members the Crye-Leike Realtor’s prestigious Multi-Million Dollar Club. Both have fulfilled the requirements and hold the Certified Relocation Specialist and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designations. In addition, JoAnn holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Performance Management Network (PMN), GREEN, and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designations.

JoAnn is actively involved in Women’s Council of Realtors and the Memphis Chapter of CRS organizations. She held the office of 2010 President of the Memphis Chapter of Women’s Council of Realtors. The Women’s Council of Realtors is a national organization of Realtors and Affiliate members consisting of loan officers, home inspectors, attorneys, etc. CRS is a national organization of Realtors who have completed intense education and passed exams to be qualified for membership. Through these organizations she has established a network of professionals who refer sellers and buyers to her not only in Memphis but in other areas of the country as well. Both Owen and JoAnn are active members of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR) and have served on several committees throughout the years. MAAR recognized JoAnn with the Presidential Award for Leadership in 2010.

Owen and JoAnn are actively involved in their community and donate their time and resources to several charities including Habitat for Humanity. They have both been involved in building homes in the Memphis area through Habitat for Humanity for the past four years.

Before joining Crye-Leike, Owen was President and Owner of a local direct mail/ market company. JoAnn was Vice President of a local advertising agency and marketing research firm. Through these companies, they gained an in-depth understanding of the importance of marketing, as well as the experience necessary to create and implement a successful marketing plan.

On a personal note, Owen and JoAnn have called Memphis home for more than 35 years and, thus, they are very familiar with Memphis and the surrounding market-place. They have been married over forty years and have two daughters and six grandchildren.
