Mill Creek Farm. Surrounded on all sides by large working farms (some of which are in conservancy) of up to 391 acres, Mill Creek Farm, once a substantial dairy operation, is comprised of 240 acres of rolling and level land of which perhaps 25 ares are woods. It is bisected by Mill Creek, which joins the Hudson 1/2 mile away. Moreover, there are several pond sites. Much of the property is fenced for cattle, although now most of the farm is in crops. There are three farmhouses (3-4 bed rooms each), all of which need updating. Two of these have mature specimen yard trees in private settings. There are also presently over 70,000 s.f. of barns on the farm commensurate with a sophisticated dairy or cattle operation. Farm roads traverse the entire property, interconnecting fields. Views include internal cropland and woods perspectives as well as of local farms on all sides and Catskill views from the large upper fields. Mill Creek Farm is convenient to Hudson, storied Kinderhook and the train.
