Dallas, TX May 1, 2012 - Dallas's home resale inventories decreased slightly, with a 2 percent decrease since April 2012. Distressed properties such as foreclosures and short sales decreased as a percentage of the total market in May. The median listing price in Dallas went up from April to May. There were a total of 61 price increases and 903 price decreases.
