Miami's home resale inventories decreased slightly, with a 2 percent decrease since April 2013. Distressed properties such as foreclosures and short sales remained the same as a percentage of the total market in May. The median listing price in Miami went up from April to May. There were a total of 269 price increases and 755 price decreases.
