Venice, CA November 1, 2009 - Venice's home resale inventories decreased sharply, with a 16 percent decreased since October 2009. Distressed properties such as foreclosures and short sales decreased as a percentage of the total market in November. The median listing price in Venice went up from October to November. There were a total of 1 price increases and 23 price decreases.
