Napa, CA November 1, 2009 - Napa's home resale inventories decreased slightly, with a 4 percent decreased since October 2009. Distressed properties such as foreclosures and short sales decreased as a percentage of the total market in November. The median listing price in Napa went down from October to November. There were a total of 5 price increases and 75 price decreases.
