Scottsdale's home resale inventories decreased slightly, with a 1 percent decrease since April 2013. Distressed properties such as foreclosures and short sales increased as a percentage of the total market in May. The median listing price in Scottsdale went down from April to May. There were a total of 90 price increases and 722 price decreases.
