This school cares about the students life from the spiritual side to the academic side. The teachers expect a lot from students which is the standard they should have if they are training our children for their future. The administration is excellent and pushes the staff and students to a higher calling in all areas of life. The students get to experience so much because of Winterim, projects and extracurricular. The academic level is on a 4.0 scale and beyond with classes that could be easily rated as AP classes. The students do not get easy grades they need to earn it. This makes it difficult to compare to other g.p.a.'s when discussing scholarships and college admission but I feel that they are VERY prepared for college! Read Full Review

My school is Pella Christian High School in Pella, Iowa. It has a Christian based education. Every teacher, student, and staff member are always helping, and open to what ever you need help with. When ever you have a question, there is always someone there who can help. If you like a doing a certain thing like a sport or a technology group, there is nothing stopping you from joining. I have had 2 children graduate from this school. One is going to be a sophomore at Central College this fall. He was well prepared for Central and was on the Dean's List both semesters of his freshman year. I have one child left that will be a senior this year and is planning on attending Central College when she graduates. I have loved all the teachers and the opportunities my children have had to participate in sports and theater. I hope to have grandchildren attend the Pella Christian schools someday and my kids have said they can't imagine sending them anywhere else!Read Full Review

Biggest drawback to this school is the lack of advanced placement classes; kids from area high schools go to college with 10-20 credits. There is little to no opportunity to do that here, and I'm not sure why the school doesn't pursue this more.Read Full Review

Great school that prepares each student's mind, body and spirit.for life. I'm an alum and my two kids are alums. New cars and fancy vacations didn't happen while we were paying tuition, but it was the best investment we could possibly make in our kids' futures.Read Full Review

This is an amazing school with an outstanding staff. I will have all three of my children there next year and this is the best investment of my money I can think of. Where better to invest my $ than in my children. Read Full Review
