I'm a student at South Page and I will agree, yes sometime this school has its downfalls, but other schools do too. This school has some hard-on-you teachers but in the end they know what they are doing and will teach you right. A lot of parents do get involved in the school ranging from teaching to just coming to as many school functions as they can. If you want to get involved there is always an opportunity for you. I graduated from South Page, and our children attended there until last year. The hazard of such a small district is that school policy becomes intrenched in personalities. The small handfull of those in power constantly attempt to crowd out new ideas or attempts at change. This school has a closed club of teachers and school board members who are interested only in themselves and their own children. Any attempts to deal with this individual have caused certain children to suffer embarassing episodes along with being excluded from sports and other enjoyable involvement. If you want your kids to learn how to be mean, spiteful and vindictive, then this school is for you. Read Full Review
