To properly start a relationship with any client the important first step is a clear understanding of their individual needs.

How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in?
I pride myself on a complete understanding of the metrics surrounding each property and the current climate of the local real estate market. Each property is different but understanding the motivation of the buyer, the most recent sales in the neighborhood and how those differ from the subject property are crucial as our the absorption rate and inventory in each community.

What do you do to help market the properties your clients are selling?
The motivation of each client and a complete understanding of their goals is crucial. Marketing towards those goals is a very important element of each particular strategy. Having the #1 internet presence in my market on various sites like Trulia is what makes me successful.

How do you ensure your sellers get the highest price?
I pride myself on a remarkable understanding of the metrics surrounding each property and the current climate of the local real estate market. Pricing strategy that is clearly defined and understood, having the property in show condition and making it easy for prospects to schedule showings are the three most important elements to a successful transaction.

Very nice and helped us
We found Tom through the Internet. His answers for our requests turned out to be the most clear and straight forward. We contacted Tom in August and he e-mailed us info with the exact criteria we had asked him for. His analysis of the real estate market impressed us. When we arrived in FL, we met with him only two times before we made our decision. Tom´s analysis of the situation helped us to make an offer. We consider his analysis of the market as accurate, answered all of our questions and helped us to get through the documents and paper work. Tom has a nice personality. He is open-minded and easy to communicate with. We definitely would recommend him to our friends as a responsible broker.

We are forever thankful that we found Tom
Tom has been awesome and a man of patience.

We started on a "Short sale" back in August ´11 and closed in March of ´12. Tom continually maintained contact with us throughout. He continued to show us numerous listings inbetween that were tailored to our needs. Tom always included us in communications with the seller side so that we were not left in the dark. He put the pressure on them and got answers quickly. Tom was able to recommend a Mortgage company, an inspector and insurance company to assist us. He fought to keep the price low and succeeded!! Tom is the ideal realtor and anyone would be lucky to have him on their side. Our daughter treats him like family.

Perfect urban condo thanks to Tom
Bought a condo in June 2011withTom acting as our agent. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and patient as he showed us the different condos available. He knows the market like no other real estate agent that we met and makes you feel that you are the only person that matters to him at that point. He is very honest and will tell you if something looks overpriced. From his background in construction he is also very knowledgeable about the structure of the building. He is very active in the Palm Beach real estate market through his blogs and editorials and is a tireless worker and the most accommodating real estate agent I have ever met.

Tom really helped direct my mother to the perfect home in Palm Beach Gardens
The agent who listed my mom´s house for sale in Delray Beach recommended Tom as an agent who knew the North Palm Beach/Palm Beach Gardens/Juno Beach area very well. Although I lived in the area for 8 years, I have my own ideas on what a good neighborhood is, & what I thought would be right for mom. Our first trip out with Tom were to the places I thought would be best, but it only took a couple of stops for Tom to realize that I was way off with what mom actually wanted. By the 2nd trip out, we had actually seen the community she ended up buying in, although it took a few more looks around to make sure it was the best option. He is a consumate professional that I will highly recommend.
Is there anything you wish Tom Priester did differently?
Nothing he was really great in all aspects.
How did the agent help in finding the right property for you?
He really dug into what my mom was looking for and even though I live in the area found her things I never knew existed.
How did the agent help to get a good price for you?
We went back and forth on price a few times and know he got us the best deal.

A true pleasure who exceeded all of my expectations
I was moving and had no time to come to Florida and view properties before making my move. Tom sent me listings that fit my requirements and price range. I ended up finding a wonderful condo- however, on my move-in date, I was disappointed to find the place was not cleaned properly- which was entirely the landlord´s fault. My landlord was difficult and unpleasant to deal with- a stark contrast from Tom Priester, who went out of his way to ensure that I did not have to pay a penny for the costs of cleaning the condominium. He went as far as PAYING OUT OF HIS OWN POCKET so that I would not have to do so. Undoubtedly, Tom is one of the thorough and reliable realtors I have ever dealt with.

We were looking for the perfect oceanfront condo and Tom found it for us.
I have never met a realtor who went out of his way to accomodate a buyer and the seller like Tom Priester. He made the purchase so much easier for us and was patient and honest in his approach. Tom was helpful in almost every possible way. He kept us informed during the period from contract to closing. He has a great personality that made us feel very comfortable and did not try to double speak us with typical realtor language.
After closing, he continued to offer his help and advice. We would recommend him to everyone.

Perfect solution for an out of area home buyer.
Tom Priester has to be the most knowledgeable and dedicated agent in Florida. Previous real estate experiences pale in comparison to the expert advice and commitment shown by Tom. We work for the US Navy and made numerous trips to the Treasure Coast to look at many different prospects. Tom was always available and patient, helping us find the property that is perfect for us. I would expect that if we were looking at million dollar homes, but our needs were much more modest.
I would recommend Tom to family, close friends or any interested buyers or sellers that want outstanding results without pressure.

Tom is incredibly responsive and has terrific advice. He really knows the market and will make time, even for a smaller sale/lower commission like the deal he negotiated on my behalf. Having never purchased in Florida before, Tom was a life saver and represented me so well as a buyer. I loved working with Tom and will most certainly refer friends to him (and hope to use him again to buy a larger home one day).
