I am one of the first buyer agents in Massachusetts. I´m the real thing when it comes to buyer agency. All buyer, all the time. Negotiation is what I live for! I believe that buyers need professional guidance when making the biggest purchase of their lives. I also believe that I can do that more effectively because I work in an office that does not represent sellers.
I joined the Massachusetts Association of Buyer´s Agents within six months of getting my license (1991) and joined the National Association of Exclusive Buyer´s Agents on the day it was founded (1995).
I save people money, whenever I can. But I see my job as also helping people separate the hype from the realities so that they can make their best decisions. I work toward stress-reduction with planning, information, and compassionate counseling.
