About Me:
Working in the real estate industry since 1998 has showed me many faces of the market. When it is good it is terrific. When it is not so good it can be extremely hard. It is not always an easy process. I received my Associates Degree in Market Art and Design, a field I really never worked in, but I feel is very useful for my business now. I am fair and honest. This is my sole income, I have no one supporting me. I work for my clients and go above what many agents do. If you need help I´m there.

How do you help buyers to find the right properties for them?
First I need to asses the buyers needs. Then I have to consider the buyers wants. It is all relative and people are looking for value in this market. If I do not think that they can find what they are looking for in a certain area I will introduce them to other areas and properties as well.

How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in?
The buyer and I will sit down and go over closed sales and comparison of homes and determine what they think the home is worth to them. They are the consumer. Ultimately I try to balance the offer with the terms so that the buyer can get the best price.

What do you do to help market the properties your clients are selling?
There are many websites and internet marketing that agents use. I know that most buyers are coming from the internet so I will post my listings to as many sites as possible. I also take the best pictures. My college background was marketing art and design. So I highlight the best features and describe unique characteristics. If I need to hire a professional person to stage or capture more of the home I will do what works for the individual client to get the best look to market their home.

How do you ensure your sellers get the highest price?
What I do know and believe is that timing could be everything. I want the seller to be very comfortable with the decision to accept an offer. I will not persuade a client to take an offer they are not happy with. I will educate them on expectations and possibilities, but the rule of thumb is the first offer is usually the best offer.

What do you recommend sellers do to make sure their selling process is smooth?
Take care of all the items and issues they know need to be done like changing light bulbs, fixing leaks keeping the exterior and interior looking clean. There always needs to be communication between the client, agent and attorney and all other parties involved.
