Helped me every step of the way.
Ray was instrumental in my finding a home that I could afford and ensuring that I was informed of my responsibilities as purchaser. He also helped me to understand the necessary extra steps to ensure my credit worthiness was maintained up to the time of purchase, and helping me find financing. He was great at weeding out the grain from the chaff by pointing out homes that would not be acceptable to financiers due to even minor livability discrepancies. He was proactive in finding homes for me an not discouraged when the first two that I had chosen fell through from the other end. I highly recommend him.
